1. Does the iPad play Flash files?
Inherently, the iPad does not recognize Flash files, RealPlayer or Windows Media file formats. There is a YouTube video app that will play the YouTube videos. There is also a web browser app, Rover, that will allow you to view Flash Websites. Rover can be found in the App Store and is FREE.

2. How can I lock the iPad screen with the new iOS 4.2? The lock screen button is now a MUTE button.
To lock your screen with version 4.2:
From the first home screen, double-click the Home Button to bring up the multi-tasking Fast App Switching dock.
Swipe to the right until you see the Lock Screen button.

3. What should I do if I am having trouble with an app?
Solution 1: Power the iPad off by holding down the Sleep button at the top of the device until you see the red arrow with the "slide to power off" prompt. Slide to power off and wait until the spinning wheel disappears and the iPad is completely off. Then turn the iPad back on by holding down the same button at the top until you see the Apple logo.
Solution 2: Do a Hard Reset. Hold down the Sleep and the Home buttons simultaneously until you see the Apple logo. Ignore the Slide to power off prompt - just keep holding the buttons down until you see the Apple logo. This usually is a longer restart cycle than the Power Off method. Then restart the iPad by pressing the Sleep button at the top.
Solution 3: Delete the app and re-install. Tap and hold the app icon until it begins to wobble. Click the x to delete the app. Tap the Home button to stop the wobbling. Re-install the app either with your iTunes library or re-downloading with the iPad from the iTunes store.
If you have upgraded to iOS 4.2 - double-click the Home button to bring up the multi-tasking dock. Locate the app. Tap and hold until the app begins to wobble. Click the x to delete the app. Tap the Home button. Restart to your app from it's location on the Home Screen.
Solution 4: When all else fails, make sure you have backed up your iPad in iTunes. Restore your iPad from your back-up.

4. If I accidentally delete an app, do I have to purchase the app again?
No. Once you purchase the app, you may download it again at no charge.

5. I purchased an app for $9.99 and now the app is only $5.99, can I get a refund?
No. The pricing of the app is at the developers discretion and they may change the price at any time.

6. Can I change the font for the Notes App?
There are actually 3 fonts to choose from - Noteworthy, Helvetica and Marker Felt. Settings > Notes
NOTE: Some other apps also have options located in the Settings

7. Can the GAME CENTER be deleted?
So far the Game Center cannot be deleted but you can restrict access to it in the Settings > General > Restrictions > Game Center
