Accessibility Features

SPEAK SELECTION

Speak Selection will work with most text whether you are in iBooks, on the web, or within a word processing app
Settings > General > Accessibility > Speak Selection
Set Speak Selection to ON
Adjust the Speaking Rate
Turn Highlight Words to On - if you want the words to be highlighted as they are spoken

GUIDED ACCESS

Guided Access keeps the iPad in a single app, and allows you to control which features are available.
Settings > General > Accessibility > Guided Access
